Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions and creating detailed architectural plans that align with client needs and project specifications. This role requires proficiency in various design software and a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and design trends.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects.
• Create detailed architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Develop schematics, drafting documents, and construction drawings to communicate design intent effectively.
• Utilize graphic design skills to produce compelling presentations and visualizations of design concepts.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data for design development.
• Work closely with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications and building codes.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and refine design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong drafting skills with a solid understanding of CAD principles.
• Experience in construction documentation and knowledge of building codes is essential.
• Familiarity with interior design concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $69,815.13 per year
