Foxlane Homes is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join our growing team! This is a fully in office position and is based out of our Fort Washington office. Working under the supervision of a senior team member, you will be responsible for the development and management of single-family residential projects across all divisions. This position would require travel to local job sites as well as regional offices as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation for architectural design efforts from conceptual design through construction administration, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Develop and oversee detailed construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate project progress, and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
- Collaborate with consultants, stakeholders, and regional project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations.
- Oversee project schedules and deliverables while maintaining internal quality standards.
- Supervision of junior staff and review of work may be required.
- Creation of As-Built construction document sets as well as management of architectural plan library.
Competencies:
- Proficient in building codes and understanding how the code dictates how a building will be constructed.
- Ability to interpret and apply local zoning codes, building codes, and permitting processes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Independent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to foster collaboration within a diverse team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited architecture school, or equivalent education/work experience
- Experience in Residential Architecture required.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
- Strong skills and experience in AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office are required; Adobe Design Suite and SketchUp experience preferred.
