Key Responsibilities
  • Production and coordination of design process and technical documents under the direction of a licensed design professional
  • Contribute to design discussions and idea generation
  • Creation of renderings and graphical images for marketing and promotion of projects
  • Design and detailing in Revit
  • Attend project and client meetings with design professionals and consultants
  • Collaborate with our Development, Interior Design, Project Management, and Construction teams from concept to project substantial completion
  • Interact with and be a representative of the company with clients and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure design intent is executed in the field
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and design methods to support innovative design and excellence in execution

Qualifications
  • Completion of accredited professional degree program with a bachelors degree or masters degree in architecture
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Actively pursuing architectural licensure
  • Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural design for projects of small to moderate size and complexity
  • Intermediate level knowledge of architectural systems, construction documentation, and associated technology
  • Demonstrate a high degree of aptitude in creative and critical thinking in the design process
  • Intermediate knowledge of international building codes, life safety code, and ADA requirements
  • Understanding of programming, space planning, and exterior architectural design
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office is required
  • Familiarity with Twin Motion, Enscape, and other visualization software is preferred
  • Experience with commercial and/or multifamily residential projects is beneficial

What we offer
  • Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on qualifications & experience)
