Architectural Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architectural Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas into detailed, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural designs. Your expertise will drive project development from initial sketches through construction documentation, ensuring each design aligns with client visions, budget constraints, and regulatory standards. Duties

• Develop conceptual designs using SketchUp and Revit to create innovative visualizations and presentations.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and drafting using Revit software, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure accuracy and clarity for construction teams.
• Coordinate project schedules and manage timelines effectively through project management tools to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Conduct site visits for new builds and renovation projects and oversee construction management activities to ensure design integrity and quality control.
• Collaborate with clients, team members, and consultants through negotiation and clear communication to align project goals and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist in business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and engaging in client meetings to expand project opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with architectural drafting, modeling, and visualization tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including renovation projects, interior design integration, and construction management practices.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules using project scheduling software; experience with Bluebeam is a plus for document review.
• Excellent negotiation skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors; capable of managing contracts effectively.
• Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting principles to support cost-effective design solutions.
• Experience in project management methodologies to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
