Role: Architectural Designer - ArchiCAD

Location: Delhi, India | Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings & documentation using ArchiCAD & AutoCAD.
• Review and interpret drawings for both design & estimation purposes.
• Prepare cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, overheads) and perform take-offs.
• Ensure compliance with USA & Australian building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for accurate deliverables.
• Support cost optimization and value-engineering during the design phase.
• Collaborate directly with international clients and participate in virtual project reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch. mandatory).
• 1–4 years’ experience in architectural design & estimation.
• Proven experience with USA & Australia-based projects.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (mandatory), AutoCAD required (Revit/BIM a plus).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and estimation workflows.
• Immediate joining required.
