LLB Architects is an award-winning mid-sized firm with offices in Pawtucket, RI, and Worcester, MA. We design a wide range of projects including libraries, higher education, K-12 schools, civic buildings, adaptive reuse, and multifamily and single-family residential buildings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate/coordinate during all phases of project delivery
• Produce, manage, and coordinate construction documentation
• Manage client and consultant communication
• Conduct quality control processes
• Project management
• Coordination of RIDE Necessity of School Construction project work

Qualifications/Skill Set

• Professional design degree
• 4 or more years of related professional experience
• Proven self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
• Highly organized and adept with administrative tasks
• Excellent written and graphic communication skills
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit
• Experience and familiarity with RIDE School Construction Regulations and Necessity of School Construction requirements is a plus.
• CCA experience is a plus
• RI or MA architect license and NCARB certification a plus
• Proficiency with Adobe CS Design Suite is a plus
