Architectural Designer Construction

Job Summary
Revuelto Construction Investment, INC. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Architectural Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming conceptual ideas into detailed, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural designs. Your passion for design excellence, combined with technical expertise, will drive the development of projects from initial sketches to comprehensive construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual layouts and architectural concepts within 1 week for new home projects and 2-3 days for remodel projects.
• Produce accurate schematics, construction documents, and 2D/3D visualizations to clearly communicate design intent.
• Assist with system design, interior layout planning, and space optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine designs while ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements.
• Support construction phases by providing technical drafting, design clarification, and quality control.
• Provide consultation on finishing materials and decorative elements to complete the home design.
• Source and purchase finishing materials and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Experience participating in city inspections processes

Requirements

• Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max.
• Strong knowledge of drafting standards, schematics development, and construction documentation processes.
• Familiarity with interior design principles, mechanical systems integration, and graphic design techniques.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, building plans, and technical specifications accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field is required; relevant experience is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Compensation

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience
• Pay Structure: Hourly
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
