We’re looking for an Architectural Designer / Emerging Professional who is curious, motivated, and ready to contribute to meaningful work alongside a collaborative and supportive team.Founded in Fresno, California in 1959, Darden Architects is a community-focused firm specializing in TK–12 schools, colleges and universities, civic facilities, and healthcare projects. Our studio culture is active, welcoming, and team-oriented, and we believe great design happens when people enjoy working together.This full-time position is based in Fresno, CA and offers hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and increasing responsibility.What You’ll DoWorking under the direction of a Senior Architect or Partner, you will:

• Participate in all phases of project delivery, from early design through construction
• Help prepare design concepts and assist with presentation materials
• Interface with clients, local and state agencies, engineers, and specialty consultants
• Support coordination and document preparation using Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Take on higher-level assignments as part of your professional development and training

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited architecture program (preferred)
• Experience as an emerging professional in an architectural firm
• Proficiency in BIM software, with Revit preferred (but not required)
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or Enscape a plus
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across multiple teams
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continue learning and growing within the profession

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range $71,000 – $100,000 dependent upon experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package:
