Role Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural design, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to transform concepts into high-quality, detailed drawings and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and detailed design drawings

• Prepare and review architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure project alignment

• Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and project requirements

• Present design ideas and proposals clearly and professionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Other relevant 3D modeling and design tools Such as 3D Max, Lumion, Blender and V-Ray.

• Excellent visualization, creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

• Experience in residential and commercial design

• Portfolio showcasing previous design work
