Architectural Designer w/ Rhino 7, Sub tools and D5 rendering skills

We are currently looking for architectural designers that are highly skilled in Rhino 7 software. Must know Rhino/ Rhino D5

Mandatory experience:
3-5 years experience.
Architect or architectural background.
Commercial project experience, restaurants, retail hotels.
Knowledge of architectural construction.

Software Knowledge Imperative
Rhino 7 with Sub tools and D5 Rendering experience
Skills in Revit and CAD ( You will not be generating drawing however you need to know your way around this softwares
BIM 360
Bluebeam

Additional Skills
Solid Communication skills in leading projects.
Understand the complexities of design a building
Ability to oversee consultants working on the project
