We are seeking a full-time, in-house Architectural Designer / Draftsperson.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings and comprehensive construction documents
• Contribute solutions to design development and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organized documentation
• Research local building codes and submittal requirements
• Provide regular updates to the Principal Architect regarding design progress and project status

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an architectural office
• Strong drafting and detailing skills, including experience producing construction documents. Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred
• Strong graphic sensibility, including digital modeling and rendering skills. Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• A keen interest and understanding in the art of building
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills
