Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a graduate in Architecture with strong technical and operational skills. The candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible development of executive architectural drawings, as well as providing support and go on site.

Technical Skills Required

- Excellent ability to read, interpret, and manage complex architectural drawings

- Previous experience in construction sites, with knowledge of execution phases

- Ability to produce detailed drawings in 1:5 scale with attention to technical feasibility

- Practical and theoretical knowledge of:

• Masonry works and construction stratigraphy
• Custom carpentry and tailored woodwork
• Coordination with MEP systems and suppliers

- Proficiency in 2D CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent)

- Ability to communicate technically with contractors, artisans, and engineering offices

Additional Preferred Skills

- Use of 3D modeling software for visualization and prototyping:

• Rhinoceros (Rhino)
• SketchUp
• Fusion 360

- Experience managing deadlines, drawing revisions, and project changes

- Problem-solving attitude, especially during execution phase
