Job Title: Architectural Draftsman

Location: Aero City Near IGI Airport New Delhi
Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings, with a sound understanding of architectural detailing and submission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural projects.
• Work closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into technical drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain and update drawing sets during project development and revisions.
• Assist in the offline and online submission process of drawings and approvals (added advantage).
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D tools.
• Strong understanding of building design, detailing, and construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with drawing submission processes (online/offline) is an added advantage.
