Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. You will create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans to support our design projects. This role requires proficiency in CAD software and an eye for detail to translate design concepts into technical documents.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, accurate architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details).
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret project requirements.
• Prepare and modify drawings according to client specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in Maintaining document control and organization of drawings and project files.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information for drafting or to verify measurements and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or diploma in Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant CAD software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
