Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to create accurate technical & architecture drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, or designers. The ideal candidate will have strong CAD software proficiency, technical drawing expertise, and the ability to interpret design concepts into precise schematics and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and plans for buildings, structures, or mechanical systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Interpret and translate conceptual designs, sketches, and specifications into technical blueprints
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
• Revise drawings based on feedback and markups
• Maintain documentation and version control of all drawings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations
• Assist in preparing documentation for project approvals and permits

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., civil, mechanical,plumbing,fire fighting electrical drafting]
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Fusion 360)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
