We are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural Draftsman cum 3 D Visualizer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise architectural drawings and producing high-quality 3 D visualizations for both residential and commercial projects. You should have a keen eye for design details, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to convert architectural concepts into realistic visual representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using software such as Auto Cad and Revit.
• Modify and update existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope or specifications.
• Review sketches, notes, and design inputs to ensure accurate interpretation into technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings and technical documents.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and submission plans.
• Create photorealistic 3D models, renderings, and walkthrough animations for presentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and engineers throughout project stages.
• Develop interior and exterior visualizations as per design briefs and client requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Manage project files, maintain drawing records, and meet project deadlines.
• Suggest design improvements and materials to enhance project visuals.
• Keep up to date with new visualization tools, rendering techniques, and design trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum (5-10) years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman and 3D Visualizer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and lighting.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic visuals.
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations..
• Portfolio of completed projects or technical drawings is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
