Job Title:
Architectural Draftsman – Finishes Shop & Fabrication Drawings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings for finishes such as gypsum works, doors, wooden works, flooring, wall finishes, and other interior elements.
• Develop fabrication drawings in coordination with production teams and workshops to ensure precise dimensions and details.
• Review architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings and coordinate to avoid conflicts.
• Apply approved project specifications and standards in all drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams to clarify details and resolve conflicts or inquiries.
• Produce accurate and clear detail drawings that can be easily understood by execution or fabrication teams.
• Update drawings based on feedback or approved modifications from the consultant or client.
• Organize and archive drawings for easy retrieval.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing finishes shop and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of finishes details, materials, and construction methods.
• High accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
