Architectural Draftsman (Interior Fit-Out)

Technical Drafting: Develop precise 2D and 3D drawings (floor plans, ceiling plans, and elevations) using software like AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Shop Drawings: Create highly detailed, production-ready drawings specifically for interior fit-out and custom joinery.

Site Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and site engineers, often conducting site visits to verify measurements and ensure designs fit real-world spaces.

Documentation: Prepare material schedules, and as-built drawings once projects are complete.

Education: A diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or a closely related field.

Software Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, alongside working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of interior construction, building materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

Work Experience: Minium 4 Years experiance in Interior Fit-out Industry.
