Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 12 years of experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects and project teams to deliver precise, high-quality drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop to develop and present design documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, revisions, and drawing standards.
• Ensure that all drawings meet project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Support the design team in producing presentation materials and technical details.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of professional drafting experience in architectural projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with internal and external teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
