We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to support our architectural design team by preparing detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications from architects and engineers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), possess strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods, and have an eye for detail. They will work closely with architects to translate concepts into precise architectural documentation used for construction and permit approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Revise and update existing drawings as required.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain drawing standards and documentation protocols.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools.
• 2+ years of drafting experience preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of construction practices and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
