Architectural Draughtsman

As a leading interior design studio specializing in residential and commercial interiors, we are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to support our creative team in bringing visionary designs to life through precise technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Prepare detailed layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for interior design projects.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers and project managers to understand design intent and translate it into technical drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on client feedback or design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Assist with site measurements and documentation when required.
• Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives for ongoing and completed projects.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works, including finishes, furniture, lighting, joinery, and MEP elements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as an architectural draughtsman in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other drafting tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, joinery, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to join immediately.
