POSITION: Architectural Draftsman

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating technical information, and supporting the design and site teams throughout project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and an understanding of interior fit-out workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and documentation for approvals.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, joinery, and other relevant disciplines.
• Convert conceptual designs into accurate and buildable technical drawings.
• Conduct site visits and verify measurements when needed.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and standards.
• Incorporate revisions, comments, and updates accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in interior fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of fit-out detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
