Architectural Draughtsman

We are currently looking for an Architectural Draftsman to join our office in Dubai. We are seeking a young, dynamic individual who is eager to grow with our organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Assist in the development of design presentations and conceptual drawings using Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Lumion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance in design and documentation.

Translate conceptual sketches and design ideas into technical drawings as per project specifications.

Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other local authority standards.

Support project teams during design development and construction documentation phases.

Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Maintain organized project files and drawing registers.

Ideal Profile: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering consultancy environment.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

.Good communication skills in English. Preferred

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
