Architectural Draughtsman (Revit/BIM)

We are actively looking for a dedicated Architectural Draughtsman who possesses strong technical skills in Revit and other CAD software, ready to contribute to our diverse project portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate architectural drawings and plans using Revit and other CAD software, adhering to the specified design concepts provided by our architects.
• Create technical drawings and BIM Models based on given specifications and calculations.
• Create 3-dimensional BIM models in REVIT for use by various departments and teams.
• Ensure all Revit models are compliant with the current building codes and construction standards.
• Collaborate with architects to transform initial sketches and ideas into detailed technical drawings and plans.
• Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on current project and team needs.
• Update and revise drawings as needed based on project adjustments and feedback. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data.
• Update models to reflect as-built conditions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all drafts and drawings are accurately archived.
• Assist in coordinating with construction teams to ensure project designs are executed as planned.
• Perform other duties as required.
• May be required to travel locally to jobsites.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in drafting, architectural technology, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an architectural draughtsman with extensive expertise in Revit.
• Strong portfolio showcasing detailed architectural drawings and proficiency in Revit.
• Deep understanding of building codes, architectural design principles, and construction terminology.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to learn, have strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism.
• Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Capable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office products; (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
