Position - Architectural draftsman

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Tagalog Speaker required

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using CAD software
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
• Revise drawings based on architect or client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP teams
• Maintain project documentation and drawing records
• Assist in site measurements and inspections when required

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting software
• Strong understanding of architectural standards and construction methods
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Time management and project coordination abilities

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
