BRIEF

We are looking for a creative and inspired Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion. The goal is to match client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs according to budget constraints. Ideal candidate will operate as a part of engineering department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Architect, you will perform the following duties:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements and prepare feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Manage design projects from concept development through completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional outcomes.
• Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and visual presentations using specialized software, within established budgets and timelines.
• Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct research and prepare reports on project feasibility, sustainability, and environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, engineers, and other construction professionals throughout the project phases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous project experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of building codes, design standards, and construction processes.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and architectural layout code analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative, visualization, and project management abilities.
