who combines strong architectural and engineering capabilities with a refined sense of interior design. This role involves designing and reviewing building layouts, enhancing office spaces, and ensuring optimal furniture distribution across university departments and administrative offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs, floor plans, and technical drawings for new and existing university facilities.

Conduct site assessments, prepare design proposals, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Lead interior layout planning, including furniture distribution, office space optimization, and functional workspace design.

Collaborate with department heads to understand operational needs and translate them into practical architectural and interior solutions.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams throughout design and execution phases.

Review material specifications, finishes, and décor elements to ensure design consistency and quality.

Support renovation projects and provide recommendations for enhancing the university's built environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

Proven experience in architectural design, interior design, and space planning.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.

Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and project coordination.
