Role Description:

CONIN is seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing architectural design, coordination, and site execution to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved designs, technical requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural works from design development to project completion
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, details, and specifications
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams to ensure design integration
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Attend coordination meetings and provide technical support
• Resolve design and site-related issues and propose effective solutions
• Ensure quality control and proper implementation of architectural finishes
• Support project handover and close-out activities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or consultancy projects
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methods
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, and related design software
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and quality standards
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Professional registration or certification is an advantage
