Architectural Engineer – Meena Contracting & Approvals (Dubai)

Company Overview:
Meena Contracting & Approvals is a Dubai-based firm specializing in fast, reliable, and hassle-free authority approvals, including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Civil Defence, Dubai South, DSO, JAFZA, and DAFZA. We work with contractors, consultants, and property owners to streamline their approval and construction processes.

We are currently looking for a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural drawings and layouts for authority submissions.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authorities for design approvals and compliance.
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections when required.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on architectural and structural aspects of projects.
• Manage documentation and approval processes efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Dubai or UAE construction/approvals sector.
• knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authority approval systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural design software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• UAE driving license.
• Experience in fit-out, villa, or commercial approval projects.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination and submission processes.
