Architectural Engineer

We’re Hiring | Architectural Engineer | Kuwait

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is looking to hire a highly experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team for the KGOC Project in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural engineering within large-scale construction projects, particularly in industrial or oil & gas environments. The role requires strong expertise in architectural design coordination, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site.
• Ensure execution of architectural works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with civil, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Monitor site activities, track progress, and ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to QA/QC standards and construction codes.
• Identify potential issues and provide practical solutions to maintain project efficiency.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and coordinate with project management regarding site status and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in architectural engineering within construction projects.
• Strong experience in architectural design, detailing, and site supervision.
• Prior experience working on industrial, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of construction standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: From KD800.000 per month
