Architectural Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTON:

For Consultancy Company Requirement

He / She should have experience in DM , Trakhees , DDA all authorities , also there should be must G+12 License.

They should know all Authority Submission (DDA, Trakhees , DM e.g. ).

We are hiring an Architectural Engineering Consultant who can bridges the gap between creative design and structural science, ensuring buildings are safe, energy-efficient, and functional. They oversee projects from concept to handover, managing multidisciplinary teams, obtaining authority approvals, and enforcing structural and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities:

• Integrated Design: Develop conceptual designs, detailed working drawings, and specifications.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Align architectural plans with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering to prevent on-site clashes.
• Authority Compliance: Manage documentation and secure building permits and NOCs from local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA).
• Contractor Oversight: Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and conduct site visits to ensure construction quality meets design specifications.
• Sustainability Integration: Champion green building practices, energy efficiency, and modern technological integration like Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in site-based or consultancy-focused roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) and LEED AP accreditations are highly preferred for managerial and sustainable projects.
