Architectural Engineer - Construction for Mid/High Rise

Architects are tasked with a variety of responsibilities that span the duration of any construction project. Key duties include:

• Developing initial project design concepts and presenting these to clients.
• Preparing and adjusting architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility.
• Applying for planning permissions and advising clients on the statutory approvals required for projects.
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure adherence to the architectural plans.
• Conducting site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Modifying designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and other influencing factors.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
