Role Overview

Seeking an Architectural Engineer (Saudi National) with hands-on experience in events/fabrication/fit-out or construction . You will translate creative concepts into buildable drawings, coordinate with production/MEP, and support authority approvals and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce/coordinate GA plans, sections, details, shop & as-built drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Material specs, BOQs, and buildability reviews with Production and Site.
• Liaise with authorities/landlords (setbacks, egress, fire/LV approvals as applicable).
• Interface with MEP for penetrations, loads, and clearances; clash checks.
• Support procurement with take-offs and vendor RFIs; review submittals/samples.
• On-site support: respond to RFIs, verify dimensions, ensure design intent and quality.
• Handover documentation: redlines, as-builts, O&M contributions.

Requirements

• Saudi National ; Bachelor’s in Architecture/Architectural Engineering.
• 3–6+ years in events/exhibitions, fabrication, fit-out, or building construction .
• Strong AutoCAD ; Revit /SketchUp/3D a plus; familiarity with SBC/local codes.
• Detail-driven; can work to compressed timelines and shift to site as needed.
• English proficiency; Arabic a plus; clear stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in large-scale international events or exhibitions Or Construction .
• Strong reporting and analytical skills to measure event brand impact.
