Position:

The Architectural Site Inspector is responsible for supervising and monitoring architectural works on site, ensuring that all executed works are in line with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

• Supervise the execution of architectural and related civil works on site as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of finishing and architectural works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Inspect executed works and support the handover/approval process at different project stages.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve technical comments and site issues.
• Ensure that site teams follow quality and safety requirements during execution.
• Prepare daily or periodic reports on work progress and site observations.
• Record any deviations from drawings or specifications and report them to the concerned team.
• Support engineers in inspection, verification, and work acceptance activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong site follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare clear site reports.
• Good coordination and communication skills with contractors and site teams.
• Good knowledge of quality and safety requirements on construction sites.
• Full-time commitment on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or civil engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in site supervision or architectural/civil works.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings.
• Experience in monitoring executed works according to approved drawings and specifications.
