Architectural & Fit-out Designer (Freelance)

We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Designer currently based in Qatar to lead interior fit-out design development, MEP coordination, and professional quantification.

Key Responsibilities:

Space Planning & Partitioning: Developing engineered solutions for internal layouts and functional space distribution.

MEP Coordination: Designing the distribution for Electrical (Lighting & Power), Plumbing, and HVAC to ensure seamless integration with interior designs and prevent site conflicts.

BOQ & Quantification: Preparing accurate, detailed, and itemized Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs based on technical drawings.

Shop Drawings: Delivering high-quality technical drawings and execution details for site teams.

Technical Requirements:

• Software Proficiency (Mandatory): Expert level in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max.
• Revit Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling and automated quantification is a major advantage.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successfully completed projects in relevant sectors (Residential/Commercial).
• Local Experience: Proven experience in managing and coordinating fit-out projects within the State of Qatar.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Qatar.
