Architectural Inspector

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Architectural Inspector with 5+ years of experience to monitor and inspect architectural works on construction sites. The successful candidate will ensure all architectural elements are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect architectural works on-site including finishes, cladding, partitions, ceilings, doors, windows, waterproofing, and related installations.
• Verify that materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet approved specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of work and prepare detailed inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure the contractor's compliance with architectural plans and project design intent.
• Check delivered materials for compliance with submittals and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with the design team, Resident Engineer, and other discipline inspectors (civil, MEP, structural).
• Monitor progress of architectural works and provide regular reports on quality and status.
• Identify defects or deviations from design and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
• Attend site meetings, prepare photographic records, and maintain thorough documentation of all inspections.
• Ensure implementation of safety and quality standards on all architectural works.
