Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector to oversee and ensure that all architectural works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant authority standards. The role also involves exposure to commercial aspects and coordination of procurement activities related to design consultants and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of architectural works, including finishes, materials, and installations
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings and authority requirements
• Support and coordinate procurement processes for design consultants and contractors
• Monitor site progress and maintain quality standards
• Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role
• Good understanding of commercial aspects and procurement processes
• Experience working with design consultants and construction teams
• Strong communication and coordination skills
