Architectural & Interior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Architectural & Interior Design Manager to lead the planning, design, and coordination of architectural and interior design projects from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and preferably a Master's Degree in Interior Design, with experience in hospitality, recreational, commercial, luxury residential, and specialty development projects.

The role will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, interior design solutions, space planning, design presentations, consultant coordination, material selection, project documentation, and construction support.

The candidate will play a key role in the development of projects including clubhouses, shooting clubs, hunting lodges, hunting pods, recreational facilities, hospitality developments, luxury villas, and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Planning

* Develop architectural concepts, site layouts, and space planning solutions.

* Prepare conceptual and schematic design proposals.

* Develop building layouts, circulation studies, and functional planning.

* Coordinate architectural design development with project requirements and operational needs.

* Review and coordinate architectural drawings, elevations, and design details.

Interior Design

* Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.

* Design interior spaces including:

* Reception and lobby areas

* VIP lounges

* Clubhouses

* Hospitality facilities

* Restaurants and cafés

* Offices and administration areas

* Accommodation units and lodges

* Recreational facilities

* Prepare furniture layouts, interior elevations, and design presentations.

* Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, and decorative elements.

Exterior & Landscape Coordination

* Coordinate external architectural aesthetics and façade development.

* Assist in landscape design coordination and outdoor experience planning.

* Support the design of outdoor recreational areas, gathering spaces, pathways, and visitor facilities.

Design Documentation

* Prepare and review design drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate design packages for tender and construction purposes.

* Develop material schedules and finish schedules.

* Assist in BOQ preparation and design-related cost reviews.

* Maintain proper control of design revisions and project documentation.

Consultant & Contractor Coordination

* Coordinate with:

* Architectural consultants

* Interior design consultants

* MEP consultants

* Structural consultants

* Landscape consultants

* Contractors and suppliers

* Review consultant submissions and ensure compliance with project objectives.

* Participate in project meetings and design review workshops.

Authority Coordination

* Support preparation of submissions and approvals with relevant authorities.

* Coordinate design requirements related to applicable regulations and standards.

* Assist project teams in obtaining required design approvals and permits.

Construction Support

* Conduct site inspections and design review visits.

* Monitor implementation of approved design concepts.

* Review material submittals, mock-ups, and shop drawings.

* Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

Presentation & Business Support

* Prepare professional design presentations for clients, investors, and management.

* Support project proposals, concept development, and business development initiatives.

* Contribute creative ideas for new project opportunities and developments.

Qualifications

Mandatory

* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

Preferred

* Master's Degree in Interior Design.

* Professional certifications in Architecture, Interior Design, BIM, or Project Management.

Experience

* Minimum 6–8 years of UAE/GCC experience.

* Proven experience in architecture and interior design projects.

* Experience in hospitality, recreational, commercial, luxury residential, or mixed-use developments.

* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of BIM coordination and 3D visualization workflows is highly desirable.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
