Architectural & Interior Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural and Interior Draftsman to support our architectural and interior design team in producing accurate and detailed technical drawings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD software, have a strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, and be able to translate conceptual designs into technical documents for construction and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Develop working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure drawings comply with design intent and building codes.
• Interpret conceptual sketches and convert them into technical CAD documents.
• Assist in material take-offs, BOQs, and 3D visualization support (if required).
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback or site conditions.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
• Maintain drawing standards and document control procedures.
• Perform site visits and take measurements when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 2–5+ years) as an Architectural or Interior Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D Max is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, interior detailing, and architectural standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with local building codes, construction techniques, and interior fit-out processes.
• Experience with MEP coordination in drawings.
• Capability to generate 3D models and presentation drawings (optional).
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator for presentation purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
