Architectural Internship Program (Long Term)

Location: Istanbul (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months (with potential for full-time offer in 2026)

Commitment: Minimum 4 days per week

At LANE PEOPLE & PROJECTS , we believe the architects of tomorrow deserve more than a short internship. That’s why we offer a 3-month Architectural Internship Program , designed to provide young professionals with the skills, mentorship, and international exposure they need to thrive.

Throughout this program, you will be part of real international design projects across the UK, EU, Turkey, and the MENA region. You will work side by side with our senior architects and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in test-fit design, due diligence, QA/QC, and construction-oriented design services .

• Direct involvement in industrial, logistics, and commercial architectural projects .
• Guidance from senior professionals in Architecture, Engineering, and Project Management .

• For successful candidates: a full-time architect position offer in 2026 .

• Commitment of minimum 4 days per week during the 3-month program.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student (or recent graduate) in Architecture .
• Strong design skills (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
• Professional proficiency in English (German/French is an asset).
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Motivation to contribute to real projects and grow within LANE.
