Architectural Millworker/Cabinet Maker

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK/HIGH-END CABINETRY WORK TO APPLY

Purpose: American Wood Design seeks highly skilled, advanced cabinet maker/architectural millworker. Upon hire, you would be placed into our "special assembly" sector of the business to work on complex assemblies.

About Company: American Wood Design is a newly invigorated millwork business with high advancements in front end office through ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to control the flow of work to prevent the 'fires' out in the shop. Highly skilled engineers and equipment to hand off complex work into special assembly that is thoughtfully cared for on the front end. Family business, great team to be apart of.

Primary Duties and Capabilities:

• Bench Mechanic/Cabinet Maker/Cabinetry/Millwork
• Ability to read blueprint/drawings
• Ability to assemble complex millwork projects
• Use planer, jointer, shaper, table saw, hand router millwork equipment
• Assemble cabinets/ Assembly
• Laminate/Laminating/Laminator/Veneering
• Review completed job and prepare to ship-Possible installations
• Ability to use a computer a plus, for clocking time, requesting materials

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience of high skill millwork minimum
• Great Attitude
• Need reliable vehicle/Drivers License
