ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT MANAGER

An Architectural Project Manager - oversees building projects from concept to completion, blending architectural vision with project management expertise to handle budgets, schedules and client needs, acting as the central communicator to turn designs into reality, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. They should be able to manage the creative and technical aspects, bridging the gap between design and construction to keep projects aligned with goals, on track, and within financial limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Acts as the main point of contact, understanding client objectives and keeping them informed.
• Team Leadership: Coordinates and communicates with draftsperson architects, engineers and construction teams.
• Planning & Design Oversight: Manages design development, ensuring plans meet requirements and budget.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Develops financial plans, tracks costs, and maintains project timelines.
• Construction Oversight: Conducts site visits, verifies adherence to design, and resolves issues during construction.
• Quality Assurance: Ensures technical and aesthetic standards are met, along with code compliance.

Education background : B.Arch degree with strong technical skills (CAD/BIM, codes) (scheduling, budgeting), alongside leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, Blending Architectural design understanding with business acumen to guide projects from concept to completion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
