Job Title: Revit Drafting & BIM Modelling Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹18000-27,000 per month as per experience and knowledge

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Revit Drafting & BIM Modelling Specialist to join our team. The candidate will work on international architectural and interior projects, handling BIM modelling, detailed drafting, and family creation.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural/interior drawings using Revit
• Develop and manage BIM models
• Create and modify Revit families (parametric families preferred)
• Prepare working drawings, construction documentation, and schedules
• Coordinate models using BIM Collaborate Pro
• Maintain file organization and project standards
• Collaborate with internal and external project teams

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Revit (drafting and modelling)
• Experience in family creation (loadable & parametric families)
• Working knowledge of BIM workflows
• Experience with BIM Collaborate Pro / cloud collaboration
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time from the office

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience in international projects
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/ Bluebeam/SketchUp is a plus
