Architectural - Structural Draftsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural / Structural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for architectural and structural projects in accordance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Review and modify drawings based on site conditions or client/consultant feedback.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE construction codes, standards, and authority requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records for all projects.
• Support project execution teams by providing required technical drawings on time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in UAE (Architecture and Structure).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Good understanding of structural and architectural detailing.
• Experience with authority submissions (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
