Architectural Technical Coordinator

• Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure seamless site execution.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical support to the site team during all construction phases.
• Ensure design intent and quality standards are met throughout project delivery.
• -Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, material submittals, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues with consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with the Design & Project Management teams for drawing revisions and approvals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in site coordination and architectural drafting (preferably in villa /building construction).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
