Abu Alnaga Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Technical Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technical leader with a strong architectural consultancy background who can bridge design intent with technical excellence across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural technical team across multiple projects
• Oversee technical design development, detailing, and construction documentation
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, MEP, BIM, and consultants)
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for accuracy and quality
• Provide technical guidance during authority approvals and construction phases
• Support value engineering and problem-solving on complex projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience, preferably within architectural consultancy firms
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and building systems
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering large-scale projects
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and BIM experience is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of regional building codes and authority requirements
