Architectural Visualizer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to transform architectural concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings. You will work closely with architects and designers to produce compelling visual presentations that accurately represent materials, lighting, textures, and spatial layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations from architectural drawings.
• Transform conceptual designs and technical drawings into photorealistic images and presentations.
• Apply knowledge of materials, lighting, textures, and spatial composition to enhance visualizations.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented.
• Produce visual presentations for client meetings, marketing materials, and internal design reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to deliver cutting-edge visualizations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years+ of UAE experience luxury villa fit-out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, and textures.
• Proven ability to produce photorealistic renderings and compelling visual presentations.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural visualizations is required.
