Architectural Visualizer and 3D Artist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Visualizer and 3D Artist to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content including realistic architectural renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs that bring our concepts to life. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to deliver visual materials that support design development and project presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations for architectural and interior projects.
• Develop still images, animations, and 360-degree panoramas for design presentations.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concept designs to create detailed 3D models.
• Work collaboratively with design and marketing teams to align visuals with project goals.
• Maintain and update a library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
• Optimize rendering settings to ensure efficiency and visual quality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and visualization techniques.
• Assist in developing AR/VR content (optional depending on scope).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.
• Expert knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of architectural design, lighting, composition, and materiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation and video editing.
• Knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit.
• Familiarity with VR tools (e.g., Twinmotion, Enscape, or Unity).
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D renderings and animations.
