Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D designer with strong graphic design skills to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualisations, architectural renderings, and graphic design materials to support our projects, marketing efforts, and client presentations. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and marketing teams to create compelling visuals that enhance project communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities: 3D Design & Visualisation:

Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations of architectural and construction projects.

Develop interior and exterior visualisations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Work with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or other 3D modelling software.

Produce realistic lighting, textures, and materials for architectural presentations.

Assist in virtual tours, VR/AR presentations, and interactive walkthroughs.

Graphic Design:

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.

Create presentation layouts, infographics, and project diagrams for proposals and reports.

Develop branding assets, logos, and digital content for company promotions.

Edit and enhance photos and renders using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.

Ensure all visuals align with the company’s brand identity and design standards.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements.

Assist the marketing team in creating digital and print advertising materials.

Participate in client meetings to present visual concepts and make revisions as needed.

Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D visualisation, graphic design, and construction technology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in 3D modelling, rendering, and graphic design (preferably in construction/architecture).

Proficiency in 3D software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape).

Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of BIM and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.

Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D architectural renderings and graphic design work.

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, 3D Visualisation, or related field.

Experience in construction or real estate marketing.

Knowledge of UI/UX design or web design (Figma, WordPress) is a bonus.
