Responsibilities


• Lead the development of architectural designs for a range of projects, from initial concept and schematic design to detailed construction drawings.

• Prepare and present design proposals, specifications, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Utilise industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) to create detailed 2D and 3D models and construction documents.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, urban planners, interior designers, and construction managers.

• Ensure all designs are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards in Saudi Arabia.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to the design intent and quality standards.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.


Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised university.

• Proven professional experience working as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.

• Professional licensure or registration with a relevant architectural body is highly desirable.

• Expert proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and Saudi Arabian building regulations.

• Exceptional design, visualisation, and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
